Privacy Policy

I. Legal Basis The Administrator declares that the processing of Users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”).
II. General Terms

1. This Privacy Policy informs about the methods of protecting personal data of users of the website located at the electronic address www.greenspot.pl

2. The Administrator of the Service Users is GREENSPOT Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Leńcze 110, 34-142 Leńcze, Poland. NIP: 5512664384, Regon: 527720841, operating based on the entry in the National Court Register KRS: 0001087224. Name of the authority keeping the register: District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Share capital: 5000 PLN.

3. The Administrator, through the Service and other forms of communication, collects and processes voluntarily provided information, specifically the personal data of Users provided during the registration processes in the Service:
first and last name, residential address, email address, phone number, client’s IP address, and in case of issuing a VAT invoice: company name, address, NIP (tax identification number).

4. The content of the Service pages is the property of the Administrator and is legally protected.

5. To use the Service, the user should have a computer or device with installed software allowing for browsing websites and access to the Internet. Access to the Service can be made using available web browsers.

6. The Administrator undertakes to make efforts to maintain proper security of the Client’s personal data.

7. The Administrator declares that the Service pages are free from content:

  • violating the rights of third parties or applicable laws, and in particular from content containing information that causes or poses a threat to the privacy or security of any persons.
  • containing information promoting illegal activities or behaviors that are offensive, threatening, indecent, defamatory or slanderous.
  • inciting racism, persecution on ethnic, cultural or religious grounds,
  • promoting or facilitating criminal activities, violating the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, or constituting another form of violation of legally protected goods.
III. Information in forms.

1. The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

2. The Service may also record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

3. The data in the forms are made available to:

  • employees or collaborators authorized by the Administrator;
  • delivery service providers;
  • online payment providers;
  • authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.

4. The data provided in the forms may constitute a process of handling potential customers, included by the Administrator in the register of personal data processing activities.

5. The data provided in the forms are processed for the purposes of:

  • business contact;
  • sending SMS;
  • notifications via email
  • creating and maintaining a customer account;
  • execution of the purchase-sale agreement.

IV. Data processing period

1. Users’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and for the time consistent with applicable regulations, taking into account the limitation of claims and tax obligations. Personal data for which you have given consent for processing will be stored until you withdraw your consent.

V. Right of access

1. The User has the right to access their data and to rectify, delete (right to be forgotten) or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, as well as the right to data portability.
